Can we just forget last weekend?
Ugh.
There have been some tough games to watch in the annals of UNO Hockey history, but rarely have those games come back-to-back (except when the Mavs have been swept out of the playoffs).
The Mavs fell to the Irish 4-1 on Friday and Notre Dame completed the sweep by outscoring UNO 8-2 on Saturday night. The media recaps are linked below.

Not surprisingly, the Mavs did not appear in either of the national polls this week. But the Irish's strong performance led them into the top spot in the USCHO weekly poll.
